Children of migrant parents make up a large part of Europe’s future population and their successful integration will determine the general success of the Member States. Therefore, their equitable integration together with economic development in general is at the heart of the social cohesion of the European Union. The situations concerning students from migrant parents vary greatly across different EU Member States.
