First European Education Summit
On January 25, the Network’s representatives participated in the first European Education Summit in Brussels. The event, hosted by Tibor Navracsics (EU Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport), brought together around 450 participants, including EU education ministers, practitioners, stakeholders and business leaders.
Organised under the topic ”Laying the foundations of the European Education Area: for an innovative, inclusive and values-based education”, the summit aimed to explore the topics of addressing inequality in education systems, transferring common values, as well as to discuss future competences and the importance of the European Education Area 2025.
