This year’s International Day of Education is organised under the theme “Changing Course, Transforming Education”. Celebrated annually on January 24, this day is an opportunity to reflect on education as a fundamental right. This year, the even seeks to draw attention to education’s role in building a “more sustainable, inclusive and peaceful futures” (
UNESCO).
