Invitation to an online event Early Childhood Education and Care in Europe
We invite you to join the online launch event Early Childhood Education and Care in Europe: a focus on inclusion and staff professionalisation on 3 March 2020, 13:30-15:00 central European time (CET).
European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, Mariya Gabriel, will open the event and present the early childhood education and care working group, including a toolkit for inclusive early childhood education and care and a report on how to recruit, train and motivate well-qualified ECEC staff.
She will be joined by João Costa, Portuguese Secretary of State of Education and by Roderic O’Gorman, Irish Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
During this event, you will also hear from four European organisations: Eurochild, the Lifelong Learning Platform, Eurocities and ETUCE.
